RailMac CHSR™CC200 Water Cooling Converter
The CHSR™CC200 Water Cooling Converter (model: CHSRTMCC200_DC_750V_R) is a high-efficiency power conversion unit tailored for rail transit applications. It operates on a 500~900 VDC input voltage, delivering a robust traction rated output of 2×120 kW (@wheel) to ensure stable and powerful vehicle operation. Its auxiliary system supplies reliable 3×400 V/50 Hz power with 35 kVA capacity, fully meeting the electricity demands of on-board equipment.
Equipped with a versatile battery charger (24/36/72/110 VDC, 8 kW), the converter adopts roof mounting for space-saving installation, optimizing undercarriage layout for rail vehicles. The efficient water cooling system guarantees consistent performance under varying loads and harsh operating conditions. Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.

Bogie and Braking System
CRRC Braking Systems Co., Ltd.'s disc brake calipers use hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic conversion drive technology.They integrate automatic gap adjustment, modular caliper body, and three-point floating suspension design to ensure precise contact between brake pads and discs.
Track Body Components
