RailMac Coupler
The coupler buffer is a key component of railway vehicles or heavy transport equipment. Its function is to connect vehicles, transmit traction/braking force, and buffer the impact force during operation.
Transmit the traction force of the tractor to the subsequent carriages, and at the same time transmit the braking force in the opposite direction to achieve coordinated acceleration or deceleration.
Springs, hydraulics or rubber elements are used to absorb the impact energy during vehicle starting, braking and collision, thus reducing structural damage. For molten iron tanks, buffering can reduce the risk of molten iron sloshing and prevent high-temperature liquid from overflowing.
