RailMac CHSR™CC400(750VDC) Air-cooled Converter
The CHSR™CC400(750VDC) Air-cooled Converter (model: CHSRTMCC400_DC_750V_R_B) is a compact, high-efficiency power conversion unit engineered for rail transit applications. It operates on a 500~900 VDC input voltage, delivering a traction rated output of 2×120 kW (@wheel) to support stable vehicle operation. Its auxiliary system supplies reliable 3×400 V/50 Hz power with 45 kVA capacity, catering to the electricity needs of on-board equipment.
Equipped with a flexible battery charger (24 VDC/12 kW or 36/72/110 VDC/19 kW options), the converter adopts roof mounting to save undercarriage space and forced air cooling for efficient heat dissipation. With compact dimensions of 1600×1700×452 mm, it boasts strong adaptability to limited-space rail vehicle configurations.
