RailMac CHSR™GJ-Tac&Aux Air-cooled Converter (URT)
The CHSR™GJ-Tac&Aux Air-cooled Converter is a high-reliability power solution exclusively designed for Urban Rail Transit (URT) systems. It features dual input compatibility, supporting both 1000~1800 VDC contact grid power and 750 VDC battery power to adapt to diverse operational scenarios. For traction performance, it delivers 400 kW (@wheel) under contact grid supply and 300 kW (@wheel) with battery power, ensuring robust and consistent motive force for URT vehicles.
Its auxiliary system provides stable 3×400 V/50 Hz power with 80 kVA capacity, fully satisfying the electricity needs of on-board equipment. Equipped with a 24 VDC/6.5 kW battery charger, the converter adopts undercarriage mounting for space-efficient integration and forced air cooling for efficient heat dissipation, guaranteeing reliable operation even in high-frequency urban rail working conditions. With dimensions of 3768×2004×608 mm, it balances performance and installation adaptability, making it a trusted choice for URT applications.

Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.

Bogie and Braking System
CRRC Braking Systems Co., Ltd.'s disc brake calipers use hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic conversion drive technology.They integrate automatic gap adjustment, modular caliper body, and three-point floating suspension design to ensure precise contact between brake pads and discs.
Track Body Components
