RailMac Air-cooled Converter (Metro)
The CHSR™ CC750 air-cooled converter (metro application) is a high-performance core device specifically designed for metro systems by Guangzhou Shentie Traction. Its compact, lightweight design and flexible adaptability meet the high-efficiency and reliable operation requirements of urban rail transit. The product features a highly integrated design, combining the reactor and transformer to save installation space. It offers integrated or separate main and auxiliary power supply solutions, adaptable to various power supply systems and vehicle/rack control methods. The cooling system uses forced air cooling, balancing heat dissipation and ease of maintenance. The traction rated output reaches 950kW (wheel circumference), auxiliary output is 3×400V/50Hz/280kVA, and charger output is 110VDC/25kW. It is designed for undercarriage mounting to suit metro layouts. This product has been applied in key metro projects in Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and other cities, making it a trusted choice in the urban rail transit sector.

Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.
