Gangways are crucial connecting components between carriages of high-speed trains. As “carriage bridges,” they undertake multiple core functions, including passenger passage, environmental sealing, mechanical buffering, and noise isolation. They are not only passageways for passengers to move safely between carriages, but also core equipment ensuring the structural stability and passenger comfort of trains under high-speed and complex track conditions. Widely compatible with multiple series of high-speed trains such as the CR200 and CR300, they are an important component of safe high-speed train operation.

Advantages of Rail Gangway Series

The gangway is a core EMU connector, available in standardized models: CR200 fits 800mm end-wall spacing (970mm width, 2100mm height), while CR300 suits 650mm spacing (900mm width, 2050mm height). It balances sealing, comfort, and easy maintenance.Designed for tight curves (down to R145m), it ensures stable operation on complex routes. The gangway complies with fire safety standards (Q/CR699-2019), providing flame retardancy and effective sealing.With sound insulation exceeding 38dB, it enhances passenger comfort.
