Traction Motor Test Bench
Traction motor test bench is used for no-load and no-rotation performance test after overhauling, observing and listening to the mechanical break-in situation at different speeds; the test is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the test outline of the product under test, including the test of power, vibration test, temperature test, speed test and noise test.

Whether it is a transmission system operating at low speed or high speed, it can precisely capture speed data, helping R & D personnel deeply understand the speed transmission characteristics of the transmission system.

Operators only need to set the test parameters on the human – machine interface, and the test bench can automatically complete the entire test process, including equipment start – up, loading, data collection, analysis, and storage. At the same time, continuous batch testing can be realized to meet the needs of performance testing of transmission systems in mass production.
