Dryer Test Bench
Dryer Test Bench is used for the performance test of locomotive air dryer after overhauling, including the overall leakage of the dryer, the dryer electric control performance test, and the dryer regeneration performance test.
Advantages of Dryer Test Bench
- Precise Performance Testing: Equipped with high – precision humidity sensors, temperature sensors and flow monitoring devices, it can accurately measure the humidity and temperature changes at the inlet and outlet of the dryer during operation, as well as gas flow data. The humidity measurement accuracy can be controlled within ±2% RH, and the temperature measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5℃, ensuring accurate evaluation of key performance indicators such as the drying efficiency and energy consumption of the dryer, providing a reliable basis for product R & D and quality inspection.
Features of Dryer Test Bench
- Simulating Complex Working Conditions: It can simulate complex working conditions in a variety of practical application scenarios, such as operation under different environmental humidity (10% – 90% RH), temperature (-20℃ – 80℃) conditions, as well as different gas flow rates and pressures. It comprehensively tests the stability and reliability of the dryer under various extreme and normal working conditions, ensuring that the product can cope with various complex environments in actual use.
