Circuit Breaker Test Bench, as the core equipment in the field of power system detection, plays a vital role in ensuring the stable operation of the power system. From the overall structure, the main frame of the circuit breaker test bench is usually carefully made of high-quality alloy steel. This material has the characteristics of high strength and high toughness, and can effectively resist the strong impact and complex stress generated during the test process, ensuring that the test bench remains structurally stable during long-term high-intensity use and reducing the interference to the test results caused by frame deformation. The table design of the test bench is also unique. It uses a special composite material with high insulation performance and good mechanical strength. The thickness is generally more than 20mm. Its surface is finely polished, which can not only provide a stable and flat placement foundation for the circuit breaker specimen, prevent problems such as poor contact caused by uneven table surface, but also effectively isolate the electrical signals during the test process, avoid signal interference, and ensure the accuracy of the test data.

The voltage measurement accuracy can reach ±0.05% FS, the current measurement accuracy reaches ±0.1% FS, and the opening and closing time measurement accuracy can reach ±1ms. Through accurate data acquisition, the performance of the circuit breaker can be accurately evaluated, providing reliable data support for product R & D, quality inspection, and operation and maintenance, ensuring the stable and reliable electrical performance of the circuit breaker in practical applications.
