Brake Control Valve
CRRC’s brake control valves cover EP valves and relay valves for diverse rail vehicles, boasting high-precision electro-pneumatic conversion & pressure control. With modular piston structure and electromagnetic control, they boost braking reliability and maintenance cycles, ensuring safe, efficient operation of high-speed trains, locomotives and urban rail transit.
Distribution Valve
CRRC’s distribution valves adopt self-developed piston O-ring sealing (instead of slide valves) for enhanced reliability and a 6-year maintenance cycle. With stage braking/relief, 10kPa high-precision pressure control and vibration resistance, they ensure safe operation for high-speed trains, locomotives and urban rail vehicles.
Disc Brake Caliper
CRRC’s disc brake calipers adopt hydraulic/pneumatic-hydraulic drive, with auto gap adjustment and modular floating structure for precise braking. Integrated drive-parking functions, 18x force amplification, harsh-environment resistance, fit high-speed trains, locomotives and urban rail vehicles.
Unit Brake Cylinder
CRRC Braking Systems’ unit brake cylinders adopt modular, compact design with ≥85% transmission efficiency and easy maintenance. Equipped with built-in auto gap adjustment, some have spring parking brake for safety. CRCC-certified, they fit high-speed locomotives, urban rail and heavy freight trains.
