With customizable configurations for different train models, it balances high air volume output with low energy consumption and noise, becoming an indispensable core component for modern rail operations.

The rail train fan integrates five core strengths to meet rail transportation’s stringent demands. Its corrosion-resistant, precision-machined build withstands -40°C to 55°C temperatures, heavy vibrations and humidity, ensuring stable long-term performance. Optimized impeller and airflow designs enable dual functionality: refreshing cabin air to reduce pollutants while dissipating heat from traction motors, electronics and braking systems to prevent damage and extend component life. Adopting brushless DC motor tech and aerodynamic optimization, it runs at ≤65dB, cuts train energy use by 6%–8% via lightweight design, and complies with global rail specs with multi-voltage compatibility. Its standardized structure simplifies installation and maintenance, while customizable fan quantity, air volume and dimensions, validated by rigorous tests, ensure reliable, low-maintenance operation.

Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.

The CRRC Zhuzhou 1435 series dual rail sightseeing car inherits the technological DNA of CRRC high-speed rail and is designed for in-depth sightseeing in scenic areas. CRRC Braking Systems Co., Ltd.'s disc brake calipers use hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic conversion drive technology.They integrate automatic gap adjustment, modular caliper body, and three-point floating suspension design to ensure precise contact between brake pads and discs.
Track Body Components
