RailMac Vacuum-Pressure Combination Toilet System

The gravity-fed toilet system is a product domestically produced after the technology was introduced from Changwon Corporation of South Korea in 2000 and subsequently assimilated and absorbed.

As a supplement to the vacuum-retaining toilet system, this model is still in use, primarily in exported railway passenger cars, and also in the toilets of some domestic government trains and locomotives.

The company provides customers with comprehensive life cycle services, from design to power system supply, installation and commissioning, to after-sales service, training, and spare parts supply, as well as troubleshooting and overhaul technical support. This full range of services ensures that customer equipment maintains high reliability and long-term operating efficiency during use.
We provide full life cycle services for all customers, from design to power system supply, from installation to commissioning, from after-sales service training to spare parts supply, from troubleshooting to overhaul technical support.

Advantages of Vacuum-Pressure Combination Toilet System

  • Excellent localization and compatibility: Domestic production of technology from South Korean companies, sourcing core components domestically, adapting to domestic train structures, requiring no large-scale modifications for retrofitting and installation, and offering fast delivery.

  • Wide range of application scenarios: Addressing the shortcomings of vacuum systems, suitable for export-oriented economy passenger cars and domestic government locomotives, and can also be used for low-cost retrofitting of older vehicles with insufficient air supply.

  • Low lifecycle maintenance costs: Simple components with low failure rates, low maintenance threshold and easy to learn, domestic spare parts are low-cost and have a stable supply, resulting in high long-term cost-effectiveness.

  • Strong environmental and air supply adaptability: Stable operation from -40℃ to 60℃, vibration and impurity resistant, requiring only a low-pressure air supply, and some models can operate without an air supply.
