The RMC3-FD1 wiper device is a supporting product for the 160 km/h centralized power EMU produced by CRRC Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. The main components include: wiper arm, drive assembly, control device, spray system, etc. Among them, the brush rod is made of carbon fiber material with high mechanical strength, high impact strength and light weight. In order to prevent the wiper arm from flipping, an anti-floating and anti-flipping mechanism is designed, and the product is equipped with a manual switching valve on the air circuit control device. When the system circuit control fails, it can switch to the emergency mode to ensure that the wiper continues to work at a fixed wiper speed, thereby improving driving safety.
