The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, compatible with 220-ton class electric mining dump trucks, is one of the core components of the electrification power system for mining trucks. With a rated capacity of 200.664 kWh and a rated voltage of 748.8 V, it is specifically designed for heavy-duty and complex working conditions in mines, supporting the power output and range requirements of electrified mining trucks. It is the world’s first battery product配套 for the pure electric conversion of a 220-ton class mining dump truck.

Superior Environmental Adaptability: Operating temperature range from -35℃ to 60℃, suitable for extreme temperature variations in mining environments; IP67 protection rating, able to withstand harsh environments such as dust and humidity in mining areas.
Highly Efficient Heat Dissipation and High Safety: Employs a dual liquid cooling design to stably control battery temperature, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of high-load mining truck operations, improving battery cycle life and operational safety.

Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.
