The Fuxing high-speed train is a trainset with completely independent intellectual property rights. Its design and manufacturing are entirely based on Chinese standards, and the product has reached international leading levels. As a crucial supporting facility for the standard high-speed train, Huateng Company participated in the entire development process of the standard high-speed train’s toilet system. Currently, all prototypes have been completed, and the train has obtained installation qualifications and performance records for all models from five major high-speed train manufacturers in China.
The toilet system of the Fuxing high-speed train generally adopts a vacuum transfer working principle.

Advantages of Fuxing Standard EMU Toilet Waste Collection System
Extreme water conservation, contributing to lightweight and energy-saving design: Each flush uses only 0.5-1 liters of water (1/10th the volume of a household toilet), significantly reducing onboard water storage, enabling lighter trains, lower energy consumption, and improved operational efficiency. A single trip on the Beijing-Shanghai line can save 4 tons of water, equivalent to 160 standard swimming pools annually, demonstrating strong adaptability to long-distance, cross-line resources.
Sealed and odorless, protecting passenger and maintenance health: Vacuum negative pressure suction of waste into a sealed waste tank prevents odor diffusion and backflow. Toilets do not need to be locked upon arrival at stations, eliminating embarrassment. Simultaneously, it isolates fecal pathogens, building a strong health protection barrier for passengers and track maintenance personnel.
Zero-emission track protection, cost reduction and resource reuse: Centralized waste storage and unified transfer at stations achieve zero emissions along the line, preventing corrosion of track components, extending maintenance cycles by more than 8 years, reducing costs by 30%, and converting waste into organic fertilizer, achieving a win-win situation for environmental protection and resource reuse.
Low energy consumption and high efficiency, adaptable to complex scenarios and highly reliable: The vacuum transfer design reduces compressed air consumption and equipment failure rate, and simplifies maintenance procedures; the water pressure is stable in high-altitude environments, and it has passed the full model certification of five major high-speed rail manufacturers, with excellent scenario adaptability and operational reliability.

Vehicle Auxiliary Power System-Video-DB2/3 wiper device is CR300BF, CR400BF standard EMU supporting product produced for CRRC Tangshan Company and Changke Corporation. The wiper system is composed of the following components: a drive device, a scraper arm, a scraper frame, a scraper, a pump, a liquid level display switch, a junction box and a wiper switch. Among them, the core component of the wiper motor has been implemented domestically.
Tourist Train
The CRRC Zhuzhou 1435 series dual rail sightseeing car inherits the technological DNA of CRRC high-speed rail and is designed for in-depth sightseeing in scenic areas. It condenses key power conversion functions into a single compact enclosure, providing robust and stable power for intercity trains through standardized modular design, intelligent air cooling (IP65 protection), and mature and reliable components.
Bogie and Braking System
CRRC Braking Systems Co., Ltd.'s disc brake calipers use hydraulic or pneumatic-hydraulic conversion drive technology.They integrate automatic gap adjustment, modular caliper body, and three-point floating suspension design to ensure precise contact between brake pads and discs.
Track Body Components
RailMac provides railway solutions, focusing on one-stop Lince/Huanji wiper services (R&D, production, maintenance) plus rail air conditioning.
